FAQ

GENERAL
ENURGI is a revolutionary web-based healthcare services company that connects families and patients in need with local, clinical caregivers across the country. ENURGI allows patients, family members and caregivers to independently manage the care process through on-line scheduling, messaging, referral ratings and direct payment transactions.

No, ENURGI does not earn any revenues from web-site based advertising.

Some features of ENURGI are free to the public. Additional features of ENURGI may have a nominal fee such as .99 cents per contact retrieved from the site.

A Private Duty Agency remains the employer of all caregivers and retains responsibility for the relationship between patient and caregiver. Most private duty agencies manage the schedule of caregivers. Private duty employees do not choose their patients, manage their schedules or set their own rates of pay. Using ENURGI, caregivers are empowered to connect directly with patients, manage patient schedules and set competitive rates of pay.

A Registry acts as a referral service for patients seeking a caregiver. Generally, a registry will charge a flat fee in exchange for finding a certain number of caregivers.
REGISTRATION
If you are a licensed caregiver (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Nurse Practitioner), you can conduct a quick zip code search to see if you are listed in the ENURGI caregiver database. You can also go to Register Now and do a name and zip code search. This will allow you to narrow the results and find your information if located within the database.

If you do not find your name, then just continue to complete a caregiver registration profile.

If you locate your name proceed to our registration page to create a more detailed profile about yourself including certification, specialty and hours of service available.

Families and Patients searching for a caregiver must complete the registration profile page on the ENURGI web site.

Non-registered users have access to a limited amount of information contained in the database. Non-registered users are able to conduct a simple zip code search and receive results indicating the total number of caregivers within the defined area.

Families and patients in need of home health care will receive a listing of licensed and certified caregivers located within the specified zip code area. This listing will include the caregiver first name, last name initial, specialty and certification description.

As an ENURGI user, you can make any changes to your profile using the “edit” icons located on your profile page.

As a registered ENURGI member you can restrict the level of information you would like displayed.
USER DASHBOARD
The ENURGI dashboard allows registered users to manage their ENURGI caregiver/patient relationships. A registered patient can log into their ENURGI account and view his/her current caregiver(s) as well as potential caregivers for use in future should the need arise. This will be especially useful when a current caregiver needs time off and a temporary caregiver is needed.

Current Users are patients and caregivers that have an active client/patient relationship.

Caregivers that have agreed to share their contact information.

Contacted are caregivers that a patient is awaiting information from. They are not agreed to share contact information.

Short listed are the caregivers and/or patients that are being considered. A caregiver can short list a patient in need of home health care that meets his/her requirements. Similarly, a patient can short list those selected caregivers that are being considered for hire based on nursing specialty, interview, responses, and user ratings.

Declined are caregivers that have been reviewed and not activated/hired.

Completed engagements are closed cases between a patient and caregiver. The patient may no longer need home health care service or has experienced a change in his/her condition.

ENURGI SCHEDULE
The ENURGI schedule feature allows a registered user to manage all of his/her engagements with a patient and or caregiver. Using the schedule a caregiver can schedule and manage multiple patients that he/she may be providing home health services to. A family member can use the schedule feature to confirm and manage hours worked by the caregiver on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
ENURGI PAYMENT
Care recipients and/or family members pay caregivers through our integrated pay pal service using the generally accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
An ENURGI care recipient and/or family member will receive an invoice for care created and submitted by their ENURGI caregiver. As a care recipient you will be the only user able to review, approve and pay caregiver invoices.

Caregivers are paid through ENURGI direct deposit that has been established through our financial institution, Bank of America. Caregivers are paid the submitted invoice amount minus the ENURGI transaction fee.
